本文从丝胶肽链组分和分子量、丝胶在茧丝径向的分布状态、丝胶溶解特性、丝胶湿热变性变质四个方面综述了我们的研究结果。
The research results are reviewed in respects of sericin peptide link component and molecular weight, sericin radial distribution in bave, sericin dissolution property and its wet-heat denaturation and deterioration.
