On the Chinese Existing Standards for Raw Silk Quality Classification

从质量工程学的角度出发，对现行的生丝质量分级标准进行了探讨，认为现行的标准并未能真正反映产品的质量特性，需要加以修改。

Investigations are made on the existing standards for raw silk quality classification from theviewpoint of quality engineering. The author holds that the standards need some amendmentssince they fail to indicate the exact quality characteristics of products.
