摘要
本文首先提出了工测网中层与级的概念，并对其中的一些关系进行了讨论．层的定位数据处理是生产实际中存在的一个问题，为此本文绘出了一个可行方案。
The notions of layers and orders in engineering survey control networks are put for-ward in this paper, and some relationships among them are discussed. The locating datum processing of a layer is a practical problem,then a usable scherne is advised
