摘要
地理信息系统的建立过程中，如何灵活高效地获取各地理背景要素的数据及其后续处理始终是地学工作者要解决的瓶颈问题之一，针对其中的河网要素，本文提出了一种以河流为数据采集基本单元的河网数据结构模型，并讨论了其在计算机中的表示方法及有关算法．
In the construction of Geography Information System, how to get the geography background feature data and make after proces effectively is one of the neckproblems to the geographer. This paper intreduces a kind of river net structural modelwhich uses the river as the basic unit in digitizing, and discuases its expression and calculation in computer.
