摘要
本文讨论了在局部GPS同中通过少量益合点，考虑区域的委线偏差，求定其它点的正常高．
This Paper offers a method to determine beights from GPS observations in local area,by combining several points' GPS ellipsoidal heights (h) with their normal heights and coridering plumb kne deviation of the area.
