摘要
本文利用F检验和T检验来合理的选取垂线偏差参数和转换参数，利用可靠性的有关理论，对系统参数可测性数值进行分析，并由此验证用系统参数可测性数值对转换参数进行选取与线性假设检验的结果是一致的．
This paper uses F-test and T- test to select the parameters of vertical de-flection and transformation. By means of the theory of reliability, the determinability ofparameters is analysed, it is feasible to chare effectual transformation parameters.
