摘要
研究了苯并－１５－冠－５用作气相色谱固定液的热稳定性、化学稳定性、极性、选择性和使用温度范围等色谱性能，并初步探讨其分离机理。将苯并－１５－冠－５直接涂渍在１０２白色担体上制备而成的填充柱，能在较低的柱温下，对Ｃ＿１－Ｃ＿６脂肪醇、Ｃ＿１－Ｃ＿６脂肪酸乙酯和乳酸乙酯以及其它有机混合物进行良好的色谱分离。
The chromatographic characteristics,such as the chemical stability,thermal stability,polarity,selectivity and the allowable operating temperarure range,of Benzo-15-Crown-5-asstationary liquid for gas chromatography were studied,The separatione of the C_1- C_6 alcohols,theethyl asters of C_1-C_6 carboxylic acid and the other organic compounds mixtures were carried on thecolumn packed with 10%Benzo- 15-.Crown-5.The results of separation were satisfactory.
