摘要
提出了泡茶水中可溶性Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn的无机和有机形态的分离分析新方法.采用XAD-2大孔网状树脂分离、AES多元素检测,研究了树脂的吸附与脱附性能,确定了树脂的最佳实验条件,考察了该方法的精密度和回收率.结果表明:在选定的酸度条件下,该树脂能有效地分离4元素的无机和有机化学形态,该方法应用于几种实际样品分析,获得满意结果.
The analyses of inorganic and organic speciation of Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in aqueous tea immersing have been studied by ion exchange-AES. The optimum conditions for the saparetion and determination of above mentioned two speciation of four elements are established.The relative standard deviation are 2.7%~7.8%(6 determinations).The recoveries are in the range of 90.5% ~102%. The present mehod has been applied to the analyses of practial samples with good results.
