单片机控制滑差电动机的应用研究

STUDY OF A SLIP INDUCTION MOTOR CONTROLLER BASED ON A MICROPROCESSOR

用单片机８０３１构成的滑差电动机的控制系统，具有软起动、调速、电制动以及过载、缺相保护等功能．并能分别用数字直观地显示转速和电流，用晶闸管作为交流开关，取消了电磁接触器，无触点和火花，因此寿命长、可靠性高，尤其适用于频繁起动和易燃易爆的工作场所．

A slip induction motors con trol ler based on microprocessor is presented.The controllerhas good performance such as soft starting,speed adjusting, braking and protecting, and directlydisplays rotational speed and current of motors,Switches of thyristors are used as alternating switches.This controller is high reliability and suitable for different kinds dangerous enviroment.
