摘要
研究认为种群动态曲线拟合目标函数的选取及定义取决于密度估计方差的性质.由密度估计方法的原理及计算机模拟确定了密度估计方差与密度估计值之间的正相关关系.由此确定了采用1/N_i加权的目标函数Σ(N_i-N_i) ̄2/N_i的对于种群动态曲线拟合的合理性.并在实验数据的拟合中得到证实.
t is showed that selection of objective function fitting curve for populationdynamics depends on charactistics of variances in estimate of population density. By this,the positivecorrelation between the variance of estimation and estimate of density is determited by the principleof estimate of population density and Monte Carlo simulation.Σ(N_i-N_i) ̄2/N_i,the objectivefunction weighted by 1/N_i is considered apply to curve fitting for population dynamics,and averification is carried out by an experiment.
