自动测量橡胶厚度及非线性校正方法

THE AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF RUBBER THICKNESS AND NON-LINEAR CALIBRATION

利用物质吸收β射线的特性，应用ＭＣＳ－５１单片机在线自动测量橡胶带厚度的系统总体结构及主要软硬件措施．给出一种测量特性曲线非线性校正方法及有关理论分析和应用结果．该算法计算量与分段线性拟合法相同，但具有更好的拟合特性．

A general system scheme of on-line automatic measurement of rubber thickness basedon characteristics ofβ-rays aberption and a single chip computer is introduced. It's software andhardware schemes are given. An approach of non-linear calibration for measuring characteristic curveis presented , which has the same calculating amount as the piecewise line fitting , but berter fittingperformance. Theoretical analysis and results of application are given.
