摘要
激光加工具有独特的优点，要充分发挥其作用，必须很好地解决激光加工中高精度在线控制问题．作者提出一种以单片机为基础实现高精度在线控制的方法，成功地解决了金刚石拉丝模激光打孔的控制问题．
Laser processing has its own speciality which can be utilized whenever high precise on-line control were realized in processing.A single chip microcomputer based on-line control system withhigh speed and precision was developed for drilling special shape of hole on diamond with laser beam.The principle and results of this system were presented in detial.
