白蜡虫Ericerus pela Chavannes唾液腺的研究

STUDIES ON THE SALIVARY GLANDS OF THE CHINESE WHITE WAX SCALE ERICERUS PELA CHAVANNES(HOMOP.COCCOIDAE)

用ＨＥ组织染色和ＴＥＭ的方法对白蜡虫唾液腺的形态结构和组织学进行了研究。结果表明，白蜡虫雌成虫和幼虫的唾液腺共２２个，对称地排列在愈合的胸腹神经节的两侧，各由主腺和附腺两个部分组成，主腺包括６个腺泡，每个腺泡具有分泌细胞和管道细胞两类细胞，分泌细胞内含丰富的分泌小泡和细胞器，细胞核有单核和双核的两种，管道细胞比分泌细胞小，单核．各主腺腺泡的超微结构差别不大．附腺只有一个腺泡．白蜡虫雄成虫没有唾液腺．

The authors deal with the morphology and histology of the salivary glands of thewhite wax scele. The salivary glands are paired bodies,each symmetrical part of the gland iscomposed two different section,the principal gland and an accessory gland,on either side of thefused abdominalthoracic ganglia. The principal gland consists of six acini.Each acinus has two majorcell groups,secretory cell and duct cell.Secretory cell is larger than duct cell,contains a lot ofsecretorv vesiceles and cell inclusion,it′s nucleus is uninuclear,partly biuniclear.Ultrastructureamong acini isn′t much different.Accessory gland has only an acini.Salivary duct consists ofuniephelium.Both the principal and accessory gland are in nervated from the fused abdominalthoracicganglia. Particular attention is given to the male imago,it has no salivary glands.
