摘要
大模数、大直径齿轮的齿形误差临床检测是目前国内外有待解决的问题。本文提出了用测量头的直线运动轨迹作基准来测量大型齿轮渐开线齿形误差的新方法。从理论上对新方法的测量原理加以论证,建立了在统一坐标系中完整的理论渐开线数学模型和测量头坐标计算模型,以及经原理误差补偿和转换后的齿形误差计算模型。
It remains a problem to be solved for the tooth profile on-machine measurement of large gears domestically and abroad at present.This paper presents a new method for the measurement of the profile errors of large involute gears Using the locus of the straight line movement of the measurement stglus as a base line.The measurement principles of the new method are described theoretically,and the mathematical wodel for theoretical involute curve and the calculation model of the measurement stylus are developed in an uniform coordinate system,also the model for tooth profile calculation is established after theoretical error compensation and transformation.Therefore the problem for setting accuracy is successfully solved.The new approach presented is especially useful for the research and manufact of the apparatus for measuring tooth profile errors of large gears.
