玉米幼苗根系吸收硫酸盐(Na_2^(35)SO_4)效率与产量杂种优势的关系 被引量:4

摘要 本文以来源不同的9个自交系及其按双列杂交组成的36个正交F1组合为材料, 研究了玉米幼苗根系吸收硫酸盐(Na352SO4)的动力学参数(Km和Vmax)与产量杂 种优势(H)的关系·结果表明,Vmax与H无明显的数量关系,Km与H间呈显著的 直线相关(r=-0.3331,P<0.05).Km可作为早期预测产量杂种优势的一个生理 参考指标。 The present Faier is concerned in the relationship between yield heterosis is (H) and the kinetic parameters(Km and Vmax) of sulfate uptake (Na352SO4)by seedling roots in maize,The data used in analysis came from an experiment involving 9 inbred lines and their 36 single crosses in a diallel mating design without reciprocals.The results showed that (l) sulfate uptake capacity has significant difference among genotypes in maize and generally higher heterosis; (2) a sinificant linear regressive relationship between Km and H was found (Y=157. 78-0. 32x) , but no obvious relation of Vmax with H was observed.Km was considered as a physiological indice for refrerence which predicted the performance of hybrids the dur ing phase earlier growth.
