摘要
由70个小麦品种(系)的籽粒比重Sg和容重μw,,证明它们之间的相关关系密切存在。在小麦种子数量不够多的情况下,小麦种子的统计容重合^μw可通过公式:^μw=375.3774+268.0600Sg计算得出。此公式是由Sg和μw的直线回归关系导出。当用^μw代替μw时,测定小麦种子容重则不受种子数量的限制。在育种低世代单株水平下更可以广泛地进行高容重材料的筛选工作。
There is close correlation between specific gravity (Sg) and unit weight (μw) by the data from seventy wheat varieties. As wheat seed quantity is very short, the unit weight ^μw of seeds could be calculated by the formula ^μw= 375.3774+268.0600Sg, which derived from the regression line between Sg and μw. Thking ^μw instead of μw, the wheat seed guantity will not be the limited factor in the determination of unit wheat. The selection of materials with high unit wheat could be carried widely in lower generations at single plant level.
