芽胞菌类微生物饲料添加剂“8701”饲喂生长肥育猪的效果研究 被引量:9

摘要 用2×5因子设计研究了芽胞杆菌微生物饲料添加剂“8701”在不同营养条件下对30—90KP猪的生产性能的影响。“8701”按500ppm、750ppm剂量添加。基础日粮分别含DE和CP:高营养水平(H):3.08,15.1%(前期);3.05%,14%(后期);低营养水平(L):2.87,12.7%(前期);2.77,12,5%(后期)。结果表明,单独添加“8701”可提高日增重7.6%(H)和3.5%(L)(P<0.05)。与0.2%赖氨酸合用在低营养下可极显著地(P<0.01),提高日增重(43.5%)和饲料报酬(提高25.8%),每头猪纯收入为42.2元,与150ppmCu合用或在取消日粮中多维后使用的效果与营养水平有关。 A 2×5 factorial design was used to study the effect of '8701', a microbial feed additive, on the performanee of pigs weighed 30-90 kg at various nutrient levels. '8701' was added at the level of 500 and 750 ppm. DE and CP of B basic diets are 3. 08, 2. 87 Mcal/kg and 15. 1, 12. 7% for ligh (H) and low (L)levels in early stage (30-50kg), and are 3. 05, 2. 77 Mcal/kg and 14%, 12. 5%for high and low levels in late stage (50-90kg). The results indicate that the addition of '8701' can inerease daily gain by 7. 6%(H) and 3. 5%(L) (P<0. 05). The combination of '8701' with the addition of 0. 2% lysine can significantly enhance daily gain by 43. 5% (P<0. 01) and feed enficieng by 25. 8% for L diet. In this case,the pure benefit of each pig is 42. 2 yuans, The result of '8701' addition in diets without vitamin supplementation or tbe combined use of '8701' with 150ppm Cu depends on the nutritional level.
