摘要
运用减压渗透法将玉米、小麦、小米、高粱、狼尾草的DNA导入水稻品种紫稻,可产生多种多样的变异类型.性状变异包括:生育期、株型、穗型、粒形、花粉育性等.有的是供体特有性状,有的是新性状。从变异后代中,获得了一批性状优良并能稳定遗传的材料.减压渗透法操作简单,转化率高,为谷类作物导入外源DNA提供了一条新途径.
Exogenous DNAa, isolated from corn (Zea mays L.),wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) millet [Setaria italica (L.)Beauv], Sorghum (sorghum vulgare Pers,), Pennisetum sp, were introduced into rice variety Zidao by way of 'Decompress Osmosis.Subsequently, Variation of characters, including growth duration, plant model, panicle type, seed shape, and pollen fertility etc.,occurred in the offspring plants of the treated seeds. Some of the varied characters are similar to donors,while others, resemble neither that of donors nor that of acceptor, are newly produced. Fortunately, quite a few of plants,with expected characters which can heredity stably,were selected out for our breeding program. Meanwhile, with easy operatation and excellent results, Decompress Osmosis presents a good technique for iutroducing exogenous DNA into mini-flower crops as rice.
