四川无融合生殖水稻(SAR-1)的遗传研究

STUDY ON THE GENETICS OF SAR-1

SAR-1花粉高度不育而能自行结实的无融合生殖特性能够世代相传．其花粉不育性受1－2对隐性核基因控制．它与其它品种杂交，在形成真杂种的同时，也能无融合生殖（形成假杂种），具有兼性无融合生殖的性质．与标记亲本杂交，后代出现超常规分离现象．SAR-1的无融合生殖基因能够通过来主转移到其它材料上，可作为遗传工具运用．

The apomictic trait of SAR-1 is able to inberit from generation to genetation.Its Fcllen ster itity is controlled by one or two pairs of Duclear tecess ive genes. When SAR-1 crosses with other parents, some yseudo-byhrids also occur. So SAR-1 possesses the chatacteristics of facultative apomixis . The marker genes sbow abnormal genetic segregation in the offsprings of the crosses between SAR- 1 and other varieties, The genes controlling apomixis in SAR-1 can be transferred to otber genet ic backgrounds.
