摘要
本文在强制循环发酵液酒精发酵研究［１］的基础上，提出采用高效的列管换热装置取代传统酒精发酵罐内蛇管冷却装置进行发酵罐外冷却的方法，并进行了技术评定。
Based on'A Study on Alcoholic Fermentation by Compulsory Circulation of Fermenting Liquid', a method of externally cooling the fermenting tank by efficient tubular heat exchange device instead of the conventional coil he at exchange cooling device is presented in the paper, and the technical evaluation is conducted.
