摘要
本文以一种含柔性链的共聚酯液晶高聚物(PET/PHB60)和改性聚苯醚(MPPO)的共混物为对象,研究了共混物在单螺杆挤出机和注塑机上形成原位复合材料时不同液晶含量下的液晶的结构形貌和共混物的皮蕊结构。结果表明在挤出成型中,即使拉伸比很低或液晶含量很少(2%)的情况下,液晶的成纤性也很好,而在注射成型中,则表现为皮蕊结构。
A morphology of in situ composite of modified polyphenylene oxide(MPPO)with a polyester-type thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(LCP)is studied.The LCP in this work is PET/PHB 60 mole%.its fraction in the composite is varied in the range of 2-20%,The polymer is blended in a single screw extruder after which a sample is moulded by injection.The structure and process are discussed.Their surface morphology is investigated by means of SEM.
