复方黄芪注射液对小鼠多能造血干细胞(CFU—S)影响的实验研究

EFFECT OF HUANG QI COMPOUND INJECTION ON CFU-S OF MICE

将经＾６０Ｃｏγ射线和环磷酰胺联合处理后的贫血小鼠随机分为两组，分别腹腔注射复方黄芪注射及生理盐水，连续６天，第９天检测脾结节、血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞和骨髓有核细胞，结果显示，用药组的脾结节、白细胞和髓有核细胞数明显高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。而血红蛋白含量和红细胞数两组未见明显差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。

The anemic mice treated by 50 Co r-rays and cyclophosphamidum were randomly,divided into two groups then Huang Qi compound injectio or physiological Saline were injected Ip for each group respectively for 6 days. On the qth day,the CPU -S,hemoglobin. red blood cells, white blood cells and bone marrow nucleated cells were examined . The results showed that the numbers of CFU-S. white blood cells and bone marrow nucleated cells of experimental group were more significantly higher than that of the control (P<0. 01). However,the hemoglobin content and the number of red blood cells were not different between the two groups(P>0. 05).
