口服去痛片在人工流产术中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF TAKING ANALGESIC TABLETS ORALLY WHEN INDUCING ABORTION

用口服去痛片对２００例人工流产孕妇进行临床观察，结果表明：用药组有３９％孕妇宫颈口能直接通过７号以上扩宫器，镇痛作用总有效率为８７％，与对照组比较均有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。且不影响子宫收缩，不增加出血量（Ｐ＞０．０５），人工流产综合征发生率亦明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Given Analgesic tablets Orally200 Cases for Artificial abortion Were conducted and the results showed:87% of Patients can accept 7# or 8# cervix dilater,the Analgsic total effective rate reached 85% and compared to that of the control group the difference was markedly significant(P<0.05)and there wao no influence upon uterine contractions, no increase in bleeding(P>0.05),and the prevalence rate of artificial abortion syndrome is also markedly decreased(P<0.05)
