摘要
采用脱乙烯剂封入密封包装技术,在0℃、4℃和10℃条件下,“开拓者”葡萄贮藏6周,20℃条件下,贮藏2周,其品质仍达商业界限。并以失重率5%,灰化指数变化幅度为葡萄果实的鲜度评价指标。
By means of airtight packaging technique with ethylent absorbent,'pione'grape can be stored for six weeks at 0℃,4℃ and 10℃,for two weeks at 20℃.And its quality is still accordance with the commercial limit.The weightloss rate 5% and the change amplitude of dull index regards as the appraisement standard of grape freshness.
