从局部注射抗菌素治疗慢性前列腺炎３０例的疗效看出前列腺局部注射药物比肌肉注射药物效果好。因为前者的药物浓度高，且作用持久，１个疗程治愈者１４例，２个疗程治愈者１２例，有效３例，无效１例，总有效率为９６．６％。

In treating 30 cases of chronic prostitis local Injection of antibiotics has been given to the prostate proper,With direct injection into the prostate it is found out that the concentration of the drug in prostaie fluid is much higher and the effect persists longer.Of the 30 cases treated with the method,14 have been cured after one cource of treatment,12 after two cources and 3 have been improved.The total cure rate is 96.6%,with treatment failure in one patient.
