摘要
本文应用KCN、尿素、苯丙氨酸和赖氨酸等四项生化试验对小肠结肠炎耶氏菌进行初步鉴定。对所分离到的肠杆菌科常见的12个属的629株细菌进行试验。小肠结肠炎耶氏菌的反应模式为:KCN(-)、尿素(+)、苯丙氨酸(-)、赖氨酸(-),与肠杆菌科其他属(种)的细菌有明显区别。本文还对KCN试验的条件进行了探讨,发现培养温度以37℃、培养时间以18~24小时所出现的结果准确可靠。
Preliminary identification of Yevsinia was performed by biochemical tests of KCN, Urea, Phenylalanine deaminase and Lysine decarboxylase. Separated 629 strains of 12 common genus of Enterobacteriaceae had been tested. The reacting model was shown as KCN (-), Urea (+), Phenylalanine deaminase (-), and Lysine decarboxylase ( - ).It were different from other genus significantly. As indicated above, the four biochemical tests were applicable to identifying identifying Yersinia.This paper describes the condition of KCN test. It has been found that the result is reliable at 37℃ between 18~24 hours for 165 strains of Yersinia
