弓形体抗原分型的研究

Antigenic Analysis of Toxoplsma gondii Recovered from China

使用免疫印迹法和显凝试验均能测出弓形体各虫株之间有抗原差异。根据5株弓形体相互显凝试验结果,可分为4种抗原型,定为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型,这是弓形体抗原分型的首次报道,可能与地区和来源有关。

This paper reports the results of strain-specific antigens of Toxoplasma gondii by means of western blot analysis and microscopic agglutinatiod test. Five strains used in this study were isolated from humen and animals in Fujian and canton Provinces. According to analysis of microscopic agglutination test, five strains has been clearly proven that they are different and may be divided into 4 antigeic types.
