塔拉索夫群宁夏型钩端螺旋体的分离与鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of a New Serovar of Leptospira Interrogans Belonging to the Tarassovi Serogroup

本文报告了1981年从宁夏银川地区猪肾中分离由1株致病性钩体,经6年的培养、观察,多次检核,证明为塔拉索夫群中的一个新型,暂定名为“宁夏型钩端螺旋体”。初步血清流行病学调查,宁夏人和动物均有不同程度感染。就塔拉索夫群而言,猪、马、驴阳性率分别为4.2％(3/72)、10％(1/10)、10％(1/10)。

This paper reports a new serovar of pathogenic leptospira belonging to the tarassovi serogroup was isolated from the kidney of autochthonous pig in the suburbs of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui .Autonomous Region in 1981, which was examined and identified as belonging to a new serovar by several agglutination and agglutinin cross absorption tests in six years and it is named L, Ningxia 81005. Preliminary sero-epidemiological studies revealed that the positive rate of pigs, .horses and donkeys was 4.2% ( 3/72 ), 10% ( 1/10) and 10% ( 1/10 ) respectively.
