摘要
比较环磷酰胺冲击疗法组与每日给疗法组对大鼠白细胞的影响．结果冲击组血白细胞和淋巴细胞的下降程度较每日组轻，提示冲击疗法较每日给疗法对骨回和免疫抑制轻．
omparison of the effects of cyclophosphamide (CP) Pulses and daily cp on rat while cells havebeen evaluted by animal experiment The number of while blood cells and lymphocytes was lessreduced in pulses group(cp,56mg/kg,I P,qd 4w),as compared with daily group (cp, 8mg/kg, I. P.qd 4n). It can be concluded that cp pulsesad admininistration has less depression than daily group on marrow and immun.
