广州管圆线虫卵形态的观察

Observations on Morphology of Eggs of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis

本文报告观察和测量1,500个广州管圆线虫卵的结果:本卵为椭圆形,其中15.33％为宽椭圆形(长:宽<1.5:1),74.07％为一般椭圆形(长:宽=1.5～1.99:1),10.60％为长椭圆形(长:宽>2:1)。卵壳薄而透明。大小为33～64×54～97μm,平均44×75μm。取自雌成虫阴道内的虫卵,几乎都是单细胞期,偶然可见双细胞期。取自鼠肺内虫卵,可见单细胞期、双细胞期、四细胞期、八细胞期以至桑椹期、蝌蚪期和幼虫期。

1500 eggs of Angiostrongylus cantonensis were examinned.15.33% of eggs are broadly oval(length: width<1.5:1), 74.07%, oval(length:width = 1.51-1.99:1) and 10.60%, elongated oval(length: width>2:1). Egg shell, thin and hyaline, was measured to be 33~54μ×54~97u (average 44×75μ). The eggs collected from the vagina of female adult worms are usually of 1-cell stage, occasionally 2-cell stage, and those collected from rat lungs, are of 1-cell, 2-cell, 4-cell, 8-cell, morula, todpole or even leaval stage.
