摘要
本文采用二维电泳和银染色法对棘球蚴囊液、头节和囊壁抗原进行了初步研究。结果表明:三者分别显示多肽斑点111、116和123个,其中特异斑点74、67和60个,共有斑点37、49和63个。在共有斑点中,三者共有斑点7个;两者共有斑点在囊液和头节为8个,囊液和囊壁22个,头节和囊壁34个。本文对多肽斑点和抗原的关系作了讨论。本结果可望对抗原的纯化提供参考。
Antigens of hydatid fluid,protc-scolex and capsule wall of echinocoecus were proliminarily analysed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and silver stain.The results show that 111,1.16 and 123 polypeptide spots exist in hydatid fluid,protoscolax and capsule wall respectively, which consist of 74, 67 and 60 specific spots and 37, 49 and 63 common spots.In the. common polypeptide spots, 7 spots are common among them, 8 spots between hydatid fluid and protoscolex, 22 spots between bydatid fluid and capsule wall, 84 spots be tween protoscolex and capsule wail.The discussion was made about the relation between the spots and antigens.It is possible that the results can give aid to purifying the antigens.
