摘要
用ABC-ELISA法比较研究了HHF和GAH抗原对82例手术证实包虫病患者,107例非包虫病患者和86例健康人的诊断价值。在以S/N≥2.0为阳性标准时,阳性率前者为90.24%,后者为67.07%,假阳性率各为4.08%和3.57%。抗体滴度在1:3200~6400范围者,前者占73.8%,非常显著高于后者的45.12%。说明在诊断包虫病时宜用同种抗原。本试验采用的孵育温度和时间,使孵育总时间由原来的2~4小时减少到55分钟,提高工效1~4倍,有实用价值。
Values of the antigens from human hydatid fluids and gerbil alveoler hydatid in the diagnosis of hydatidosis was compared.The sera of 82 patients with surgically confirmed hydatid disease, 107 patiemts of non-hydatid disease and 86 healthy adults were investigated by ABC-ELISA using both antigens. An S/N>2.0 was taken as positive. The positivity of the HHF and GAH antigens in the diagnosis of hydatidosis was 90.24% and 67.07% respectively. The false positives reaction was 4.08% and 3.,57'% respectively. In 73.8% of patients with hydatidosis the titer was 1 :3200-6400 with HHF, it is significantly higher than that of GAH (45.12%). It is suggested that human hydatid fluid is more appropriate to the use ia the diagnosis of human hydatid disease. The temperature and the time period of incubation used in the present experiment is practical, for the total time of the incubatioa is shortened from 2~4 hours to 55 minutes.The effectiveness is increased 1~4 times.
