摘要 用不同来源(绵羊、牦牛、人)棘球蚴囊壁切制成4μm厚的冰冻切片和绵羊棘球蚴内原头节涂片作抗原,以间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)诊断人体包虫病并进行比较。结果认为羊源细粒棘球囊壁抗原和头节抗原对诊断人体包虫病有一定价值。将IFAT和其它免疫学方法合用,能提高包虫病的检出率。 Forzen section specimens with a thinkness of 4um of hydatid cyst wall and smear section specimens of whole protoscoleces from sheep were compared with frozen section specimens of hydatid cyst wall from yaks and human in diagnosis of patients with hydatidosis by indirect fluorescent antibody technique(IFAT).The results showed that the hydatid cyst wall and protosco-leces antigen from sheep were more sensitive and specific than that from yaks and human in the diagnosis of human hydatidosis by IFAT.The positive rate can be raised when the IFAT and other immunological methods were jointly used for diagnosis of human hydatidosis.
