乳牛血清中人HBV样颗粒性质的初步研究

Preliminary Investigation of Human HBV-Like Particles in Cows Sera

对免疫电镜发现的乳牛血清中人HBV样颗粒,进一步作了形态学、血清学研究。此颗粒较人HBV颗粒略小。7份阳性血清中,HBsAg(7/7)、HBeAg(6/7)、HBcAg(6/6)、抗-HBs(1/7)阳性,但PHASR、抗-HBc,抗-HBe、32P-人HBVDNA杂交试验及人HBV DNA多聚酶活性均阴性。与马抗-HBs血清作琼脂糖双向扩散试验时出现1～3条沉淀线,其中一条与HBsAg产生的沉淀线融合。

Human HBV-like Particles were visualized by immune - electron microscopy (IBM) in 7 out of 52 cows sera. The Particles showed three forms, small round, tubular and Dane-like of about 20, 20, 40nm in diameter respectively. In these IEM ( + ) sera, the HBsAg (7/7) , HBeAg (6/7) , HBcAg (6/6) and anti-HBs (1/7) showed all Positive results with ELISA, but the PHSAR, anti-HBe, anti-HBe, human HBV 32P - DNA hybridization and human HBV DNA Polymerase (two sera tested only) all were negative. There were 1~3 Precipitation lines between the IEM ( + ) cows sera and horse anti-HBs serum, one of which fused with that of human HBsAg.
