本文利用Ｈａｒｔｒｅｅ－Ｆｏｒｋ自治场方法和Ｓｌａｔｅｒ规则，对１９个元素的“反常”基态电子组态给出了定性和半定量的解释．
By employing Hartree─Fork self─consistentfield method and slater rule, thispaper will give the quatitative and the semi─quantitative explanations for the electronconfigurations of the anomalons' ground states of mineteell elemellts in the periodicTable of Elements.
