摘要
通过对银杏等老、幼树的新梢、叶片活性氧防御酶系统酶活性的比较测定,发现老树与幼树体内防御酶系统的酶活性,及非酶类活性氧清除剂的含量并无明显差异,表明老树具有与幼树相似的生理代谢能力;同时也证实与多年生木本植物无限生长的概念是相吻合的。
Enzymic activities of the active oxygen defensive system of Maidenhair trees, Hedge Sageretia, Manchurian Catalpa, phoebe etc. are measured. The results show that there is no obvious difference in enzymic activities between young and ancient trees. and that the leaves from aneient trees have similar physiological metabolism to those from young trees,It coinci des with the concept of unlimited growth of perennial wood plants.
