摘要
本文从吴江市住房现状出发研究住房解困问题；论述了城镇住房制度改革是住房解困的根本出路和旧城改造是住房解困的重要组成部分，并对住房解困的具体途经进行了讨论。
This paper is about how to solve the housing problem in Wujiang city in consideration of the city's present situation. The author discusses that the reform of the housing system is the right way to solve the housing the problem, and the trans formation of the old city is an important part of solving housing Problem. Ways to solve the problem are discussed.
