摘要
针对吴江市江新村地块进行商业用房和商品住宅的开发,从项目的资金来源及运用、效益分析和风险分析等方面进行可行性研究。
This paper is about the development of both the commercial and the commodity houses in the district of Jiang-xin village,Wujiang City.It probes the feasibility of the project in the way of the source and use of the fund,and analyses its benefits and risks.The paper thus comes to the conclusion that the project is feasible.
