摘要
本文利用悬浮聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸十二酯和甲基丙烯酸辛酯为单体,合成了共聚型高吸油性树脂,还研究了共聚单体的配比,交联剂用量、引发剂用量、分散剂用量、油/水比诸因素对高吸油性树脂的性能影响。制得的树脂可以吸其自身重量10.9倍的煤由,9倍的苯。
A high - oil - absorption resin was prepared by the suspension polymerization of docielyl methacrylate and octyi methacrylate .using BPO as the initiator .water as dispersal phase. The effects of the monomer composition .the oil/water ratio.the amount of the disper sal agent,the ameunt of the initiator,and the cross -linker were investigated. In the best cases,the oil -absorption power of the resin can be as high as 10. 9(g/g)for kerosene and 9(g/ g)for benzene.
