摘要
信息工程是国外10年来发展起来的开发管理信息系统(Mcmagemet Informaion Systm,MIS)的主流方法论。本文简要地介绍了其主要原理.提出了信息工程的社会系统工程特征和技术系统工程特征。
Information Engineering is main methodology developed in recently ten years which has been used to develop MIS. This paper briefly introduces its main theory and investigates its features of society system engineering and technique system engineering.
