摘要
本文对我国外贸体制改革过程作了全面回顾，对外贸专营公司的现状与面临的问题作了详细的分析，指出外贸公司股份化是外贸体制改革的目标模式，并就股份化中的股本结构决策问题作了分析研究。
This peper presents an overall view of the reform of trade system in China and a detaiied analysis of some of the situations and problems the foreign trade corporations are facing. It points out that the target of reform should be the realization of a stock-based system. Besides, a careful study is made of the stock structure concerned.
