丝/棉复合丝针织物直接染料同色染色性研究

摘要 采用单因素试验法优化直接深棕ME和湖蓝5B对蚕丝/棉复合丝针织物的同色染色工艺,包括:染液pH值,电解质的种类和浓度以及染色温度。又采用中心旋转法对直接桃红12B进行染色条件的优选,确定在两种纤维上色差试验,检查在两种纤维上的同色性,耐洗牢度、干湿摩擦牢度及染的渗透性。试验结果表明各项性能较好,所优化的染色工艺条件有实用意义。 The single element plan is usec to discuss optimalsolid dyeing process such as pH of bath,variousaccelerant and dyeing temperature etc.by direct darkbrown ME and direct blue 5B.The central composite rotatory plan is used to discuss the optimal solid dyeing process of silk/cotton covered yarns knitted fabric with direct peach red 12B.They are measured that performances such as the solid dyeing ability between silk and cotton fibres, the colour fastness to washing,the colour fastness to rubbing and the permeability of dyes while silk/cotton knitted fabric is dyed at optimal dyeing process conditiln. The results indicated that dyed silk/cotton knitted fabric has good performances, therefore, the optimal dyeing process conditions can be apply to productive.
