微囊包膜垂体的研制及移植研究Ⅰ.微包囊的制备及其性能

摘要 用自制的微包囊形成器具,采用海藻酸钠、多聚赖氨酸等制成微囊包膜。结果证明,此膜对免疫球蛋白不能透过,而对垂体ISH、GH、RPL易于通过,说明,这种半透膜已具备免疫隔离功用.本实验还揭示,微包囊的大小与制作过程中的氧气流速相关最密切。 e have successfully developed microencapsule for pituitary transplantation with sodium aiginateand Poly-- L --- lysine (Mw 70, 000). The Permeability of the capsule membrane (CM) was tested.The results: GH, TSH, PPL 60% have passed through the membrane with 3 hours, and reachedequilibrium up to 6 hours. These results suggested that pituitary Mormones (Mw 20, 000) could passthrough CM freely. The bovine serum albumin (Mw 70 , 000) could also permeate the CM, 50% in 3hours and reached equilibrium up to 24 hours. While the Ig(Mw> 150, 000) completely did notpenetrate the CM. This study revealed that the microencapsule membrane we have made has immuno- isolating effect.
