摘要
采用ＩＬ—６细胞依赖株（Ｂ 细胞）及ＭＴＴ法检测１４树活动期ＳＬＥ患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）培养上清的ＩＬ—６活性水平。结果，经ＰＨＡ刺激并培养４８ｈ后，ＰＢＭＣ培养上清中ＩＬ—６的活性水平比正常人明显增高（Ｐ＜０．００１）。此外，与ＰＢＭＣ培养上清中ＩＬ—６水平相对应的外周血Ｂ细胞数量及ＩｇＧ含量亦明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
sing IL -- 6 -- dependent B9 cells and MTT method, we observed the change of IL -- 6 level ofPBMC culture supernatant in patients with active SLE. The experiment results showed that IL-- 6 levelIn SLE patients was significantly than in the control (P<O. 001 ). In addition,we investigated the percentage of B cell in peripheral blood and serum ISG concentration in active SLE patients.Correlated with IL-- 6 level,those were obervable higher(p<0. 01 ).
