摘要
51Cr标记多发性骨髓瘤细胞系的方法,分析它们与血管内皮细胞间的粘附效应和细胞团子(IL-4、rIFN、TNF)对该粘附的调控作用,并探讨这3种因子对正常血管内皮细胞粘附分子表达及可溶性因子分泌的影响.结果表明:(1)IL-4、rIFN、TNF之间的联合应用可显著提高U266XG—7与血管内皮细胞的粘附能力.(2)IL—4、rIFN、TNF可提高血管内皮细胞表面CD54、CD44的表达,并不同程度地促进了内皮细胞分泌IL—6、G—CSF和TNF等因子。提示这3种细胞因子可能有助于多发性骨髓瘤细胞的转移扩散.
y labelled the myeloma cells with 51Cr,we analysed the adhesive interaction between muelomaCell lines and the endothelial cells and the cytokines (I1-4,rIFN,TNF) regulation effeft on them .Morever ,the effect of these three cytokines on the adhesion molecules espression and cytokine secretion Of normal endothelial cells was also studyed the results indicated:1 Combination of IL- 4,rIFN and TNF can markedly improve the adhesive interaction beteewn U266/XG-7 and the endothetal cells 2.Cytokines (IL-4, rIFN,TNF) Can induce the increase in the expression of CD54, CD44 On theendothelial cells. All the results Suggested that these three cytokines-IL-4 , rIFN and TNF maycontribute to the metastasis of myeloma cells.
