6-酮-PGF1α含量推断损伤时间的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 用酶联免疫法检测小白鼠切创创缘6-酮-PGF1a含量。结果小白鼠生前切创检材中6-酮-PGF1a含量随着伤后时间的延长而逐渐升高,至伤后3h达最高点,3h后逐渐下降。
