颅内肿瘤病人血清T_3、T_4、TSH测定及其临床意义

Measurement of Plasm T_3,T_4 TSH and its Clinical Significance in Intracranial Tumor Patients

55例颅内肿瘤中,良性肿瘤组 T_3、T_4、TSH 含量与正常组无明显差异(P>0.05),脑胶质瘤组和脑转移癌组T_3、TSH 含量显著低于正常组和良性肿瘤组(P<0.01),且转移癌患者血清T_3、TSH 降低较脑胶质瘤更明显(P<0.05)。提示血清T_3、TSH 含量水平对鉴别颅内肿瘤的良、恶性及胶质瘤与转移癌之间的鉴别均有一定的参考价值。

Fifty five patients with intracranial tumors were studied.There are no significant difference between the benign tumor group and control group(P>0.05).In the cerebral glioma group and cerebral metastatic group,the content of plasma T_3 TSH is significant lower than that in the control group and benign tumor group(P<0.01).Morever,the content of plasma T_3 TSH contained in the cerebral metastatic group is significant lower than that in cerebral glioma group.It suggests that the measurement of plasma T_3 TSH has some reference value to make differentiation between not only benign tumor and malignant tumor but also the cerebral glioma and cerebral metastatic tumor.
