食管吻合口狭窄扩张治疗40例报告

Endoscopic Dilation of Anastomoric Strictures of the Esophagus

应用 SK—90食管贲门狭窄扩张器经内镜扩张治疗术后吻合口狭窄40例,平均2.45次/人。总有效率90%,无关发症,随访2～54月,65%可进半流质以上饮食。本文并对食管吻合口狭窄的诊断标准及疗效标准进行讨论。

For the resent three years,endoscopic dilator using a Savary-type dilator has been performed for esophageal stricture following surgical anastomosis in 40 sases.The locations of stricture were upper third in 1 cases,mid-third in 23 cases,and lower third in 16 cases.The Stricture appeared clinically 26 days to 23 months after operation.The luminal diameter of anastomosis was<3mm in 12cases,3～ 5mm in 23 cases,and 6～10mm in 5 cases.A total of 97 dilations were done in these 40 patients with an average of 2.45 times case(range 1 to 5).The result of dilation was good in 25 cases,improved in 11 cases and there was no response only in 4 cases.The follow-up period was from 2 to 54 months. The authors conclude that endoscopic dilation with Savary-type dilator is a safe,effective and easy methods for managemnt of anastomotic strictures of the esophagus.
