摘要
35例粮尿病Ⅱ型患者 T 细胞亚群分析用 CD_3、CD_4、CD_8等单克隆抗体进行间接免疫荧光法测定,结果示 CD^+_3、CD细胞明显下降。CD细胞多数病例增高,故 CD^+_4/CD^+_8比值明显下降,提示非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。
Thirty five NIDDM patients with the change of T lymphocyte subgroups is reported with McAb CD_3、CD_4 and CD_8,we analysed T lymphocyte subgroups by an indirect immunoflourescence assay. We found CD_3^+、CD_4^+ of 35 NIDDM patients descended clearly and CD_8^+ rose in most of them.So,the ratio between CD_4^+/CD_8^+ descended clearly.It showed immune disorder of cells in NIDDM patients is available.
