摘要
云母粉碎工艺最常用的是湿法和干法两种。研究二者对云母填充聚丙烯性能影响的结果表明,在得到相同的粒径下,湿法粉碎工艺制得的云母保证了较大的片状纵横比,并保持了云母片光滑的表面,故力学性能及加工流动性能都优于干法;而干法粉碎工艺制得的云母表面粗糙、片状结构不完整、粒径分布宽,故对改性聚丙烯结晶过程的异相成核效应起加强作用。
Abstract The processes of Wet-grind and dry-grind were usually applied in industry.The influence of both processes on properties of mica filled PP had shown that the wet-ground mica had lagger aspect ratio and smooth surface,so that the mechanical properties and processing flowabilities were superior to that obtained from dry-grind. The nucleation was enhanced during the crystallization of modified PP.
